Chocolate Dipped Granola Bars

Ingredients:
4 cups quick oats
4 cups rice krispies
1 cup coconut
8 crumbled graham crackers
1/4 cup chopped almond
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 package mini marshmallows
2 tablespoons oil
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey

Chocolate Dipped Granola Bars

Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.  Set aside.  Heat butter, oil and marshmallows in a large saucepan.  Cook and stir over low heat until melted.  Remove from heat and add honey and PB.   Add the marshmallow mix to the dry mix and combine all.  Pour into a greased 15" x 10" pan.  Allow to cool.  Cut into bars and dip in tempered chocolate (I like a chocolate with at least 65% cocoa).  Wrap individually in plastic wrap.  Makes 30 bars about  200 calories each.
